Early childhood educators who work in the District of Columbia are invited to attend the 2021 DC Early Educator Experience conference. This professional development event is in recognition of the Month of the Young Child.

By participating in this event, attendees will:

  • Understand the importance of early educators’ well-being;
  • Practice well-being activities;
  • Understand policies that impact practitioners’ practice;
  • Practice advocacy skills;
  • Expand early educators’ professional network; and
  • Celebrate themselves and fellow early childhood educators.
