Participants will develop a staffing model to coordinate the quantity and quality of staff members and resources needed for day-to-day functioning. Participants will also explore ways to develop and improve interpersonal and communication skills, including team building, collaboration and conflict management principles and skills. Through discussion and role-playing, participants will identify different types of teams and how to use a conflict management technique that encourages the conflicting parties to communicate openly and honestly to reach a compromise.
