The purpose of this training is to strengthen the participant’s understanding of marketing tools. At the end of this training, the participants should be able to: 1) define the external and internal audiences for the purposes of marketing; 2) identify elements of an environmental scan; 3) distinguish between communicating features and communicating benefits; and 4) develop strategies to communicate with their families about the benefits of their program.
