Session 1: Communication Assumptions
Participants will explore common communication styles and assumptions and discuss techniques to improve their professional communication as well as ways to avoid assumptions.
 

Session 2: Communication and Culture
Participants will explore ways to support cultural diversity through communication and learn strategies for navigating communication while exhibiting cultural competency.

Session 3: Putting It All Together
Participants will use knowledge from Sessions 1 and 2 to discuss how to place communication at the core of their work. They will learn practical strategies to ensure that effective communication with a range of stakeholders serves as the foundation of their practice.
