During this session, participants will be introduced to nature- and garden-based early childhood education, including ways of bringing nature play and recipes for preparing garden fresh fruits and vegetables into their classrooms as well as activities for nature-themed art and ways to use books about nature to increase children’s awareness and connection to the outdoors.
