During this session, participants will summarize the Concept Development dimension within the Instructional Support domain. Participants will work in teams in pursuit of a common strategy to apply best practices to support effective teacher-child interactions. Participants will also create a plan to demonstrate new ways to teach others about concept development in their classroom(s). Participants will later inform others within their own learning communities about concept development practices and how to teach children to apply concepts related to the real world, to think critically and to problem solve.
