Description:
In this workshop, participants will explore and practice simple songs and strategies to use music in the classroom in many ways. Grammy-award winning duo Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer, trailblazers in children’s music, will facilitate and demonstrate how to play with rhythm, rhyme, sound and movement. Activities include call and response rhythms and songs as well as songs that soothe, encourage self-esteem and enhance pre-literacy skills.

- Early childhood - middle (36-60 months)
