This training will provide an overview of mindfulness. The goal of this training is to assist early childhood educators in understanding the concept of mindfulness and the importance of self-reflection. Educators will learn strategies to address high levels of stress and ways to enhance their capacity to support their own well-being and provide nurturing care for children.

This course addresses the following age band(s):

  • Early childhood - early (birth-36 months)
  • Early childhood - middle (36-60 months)
  • Early childhood - late (5-8 years)
