Description: 

In this session, participants will learn how to analyze and unpack the DC CCELS, build lessons that teach across the standards for maximum impact and analyze student work samples and video evidence in comparison to the standards. This training is open to educators serving students in pre-K3 through grade 1 in public schools, public charter schools and Head Start agencies in the District of Columbia, with an aim toward increasing coordination between local education agencies (LEAs) and Head Start agencies through joint professional development.

Participants will receive six professional learning units (PLUs) for full attendance and completion of the training.
