During the session, participants will have the opportunity to explore strategies to support meaningful engagement using books in an infant/toddler classroom. The session will include examining the role of children's literature in developing language skills in young children. By the end of the session, participants will be able to identify a diverse collection of children's literature designed to aid in the development of literacy and language skills in young children.
